FOR CUSTOM ITEMS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OFF UNLESS DISCUSSED OTHERWISE. IF NOT PAID THE ITEM WILL BE MELTED BACK DOWN WITHOUT REFUND

Important Notes:

  • No returns on products
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns.
  • Return requests on damaged products received after 7 days we do not accept
  • Damaged products must be unworn, in original condition, and packaging.

CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES

To cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We can update your address if the package hasn’t been dispatched. If it has, please reach out to the delivery provider directly.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Not Considered Manufacturing Defects:

  • Neglect or accidental damage (e.g., bending, knocking, pulling your piece).
  • Damage from chemicals (e.g., perfume, chlorine, soap, hand sanitiser, lotions etc).

To prolong your jewelry’s life, please follow proper care instructions. Kindly note that not caring for your jewelry correctly can void your warranty.
